Kala Lagaw Ya Language Project
A language preservation and maintenance project funded by First Languages Australia. A phrasebook and audiobook were produced with the community at Mabuyag, Waiben and southeast Queensland for the Mabuyaagi dialect of the Kala Lagaw Ya language of Zenadth Kes (Torres Strait). Over 150 copies of the book were distributed to language speakers and learners across Australia as part of the language maintenance effort.

Empowered Communities - Lessons Learned
A collaborative project with The University of Queensland and other partners, the Empowered Communities Partnership Joint Decision-Making: Lessons Learned Review examined six years of shared decision-making within the Empowered Communities Partnership as a national, Indigenous-designed and led place-based initiative seeking to transform the relationship between Indigenous peoples and the Australian Government through principles of empowerment, development and productivity. This review was commissioned by the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA). The report drew on over 100 interviews and extensive research.

Truth Telling and Healing Inquiry Background Paper
The report was one of a number of reports prepared with The University of Queensland to document the administration of Indigenous affairs in Queensland since colonisation. The reports were commissioned by the Department of Treaty, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, Communities and the Arts and were attached to the Department's initial submission to the Inquiry. It provides an overview of the Department’s interactions with Torres Strait Islander peoples’ since the establishment of the colony of Queensland.

Corporate Governance Capacity Building
The delivery of corporate governance training to build community capacity in a program designed specifically for remote Australia. Delivered across several communities from desert to island communities during multiple trips over a 12 month period it covered board basis including membership, directors duties, voting, meetings and financial reporting.
